How to Apply
Applying to stay at the House of Restoration Retreat is simple. Simply download the application and supplemental forms, fill them out, sign, and then upload them, that's it!
These forms must be filled out and uploaded for you to be considered.
Before proceding with the application process, its important to read the terms and conditions for use of our property. Please take the time to read this over before proceding.
Step 1: Check Availability and Book
Check availability for your stay, choose the days you want to stay up to 4 days and submit the form.
Step 2: Download Forms
Download the following forms. You will need Adobe Reader or another application that can read PDF files.
Step 3: Fill Out Forms and Sign
Once you have downloaded the files, open the files with either Adobe Reader or Acrobat. Print out the forms, fill them out, and sign them. Please assure to fill the forms out completely, uncompleted forms or forms without signatures cannot be accepted.
Step 4: Email Your Forms
Once you are done filling out and signing the application, email the forms to houseofrestorationretreat@gmail.com We will contact you further to complete the application process.
Step 5: Pastor Referral Outline
Please give the pastoral referral outline to either your Pastor or Director of Missions. Your Pastor or the Director of your mission agency must also send us a letter of reference on their stationary. If you are a Pastor or the director of a ministry we suggest you use the chairman of your board. Please have them mail the form to The House of Restoration Retreat 3433 Lithia Pinecrest Rd Suite 237 Valrico FL 33596. This form must be mailed and will not be accepted by either fax or email.
